LPN · type or paste the LPN from the sticker. After 3 characters suggestions appear · pick the match. That fills the product name, shows Amazon's return reason, and shows inspection tips for that product.
Brand · pick the brand the item belongs to.
Product · fills itself when you pick an LPN · otherwise copy it from the label.
Grade · tap the button that matches what you see. The photo checklist changes with it · see the next topic for what each grade means.
Photo set · tap each slot to shoot with your camera. Slots marked required must be filled. Photos are shrunk on your phone before upload, so it stays quick on slow wifi.
More photos · anything extra worth showing, up to 10 in total, each with a short remark on why you took it.
Condition checks · original packaging present? Item opened? Add a remark if useful.
Shelf · tap an existing shelf or type a new name for where you put it.
Note · anything odd: smell, missing parts, wrong box, damage in transit.
Submit unit · your name, the date and the brand are recorded for you.

If the portal says the product needs to be approved first, stop there and contact Admin support on the Admin Support Slack channel. Only items approved in the catalog can be logged · once it is approved your entry goes through. Nothing is wrong on your side.
